It started out good and I really liked it but then the seme turned out to be a complete sociopathic asshole. I’m sick and tired of yaoi manga normalizing rape and manipulative relationships. Because that’s what this is. Poking a hole in a condom on purpose is rape since your partner would not have consented to sex without it. This stuff happens too much in real life and a lot of guys don’t seem to realize the seriousness in it, I don’t need to read about that kind of an asshole in manga too.
Am I the only one not on Su Ah’s side? Like… he SA’d the guy, don’t feel sorry for him. He NEVER listens when Juhyeok says no, he only gives excuses and cares about his own feelings without actually trying to understand Juhyeok’s situation. This could have been a really sweet manga, the trope was promising. I just find it unrealistic that Su Ah was so sweet and shy as kid and then all of a sudden he SA’s Juyeok? Fuck no
REALLLL like we cannot be kidding, I get how Suah did make mistakes as a kid by drenching juhyeok in pheromones but he didn't have to keep making mistakes on juhyeok until adulthood?? He genuinely needs to man up and stop being such a pathetic loser to juhyeok. Yeah, he had issues of his own, maybe some stemming from their messed up relationship when secondary genders started, but that isn't any excuse to SA poor mc multiple times. (Btw having agreed on the first place doesn't determine if they'll be okay w it the entire time, they have the right to say no and Suah didn't listen to him.)

Exactly! I feel for Young SuAh but adult? Hell no! And as you said initial consent doesn’t mean consent can’t be taken back whenever if you’re not comfortable or for whatever reason. I’m still reading it but it just makes me so frustrated that so many manga have this kind of plot where the seme SAing just gets sweapt under the rug like it’s no big deal. It’s slowly getting better but it was really difficult finding yaoi manga without any SA before. It’s still kind of difficult, just not quite as much as it used to be.
Omgg, wordddd honestly I'm so glad to have found someone who finally has basic understanding of consent and SA/rape. Everything you said it so true especially with the statement on how common rape/SA is in yaoi manga/works in general, and it's not rape that's even dealt with properly it's just forgiven or ignored after some so called "character development" as if as a sexual assaulter or rapist should ever be forgiven
