Hmm..ik it's kinda popular but I would still recommend you to read omniscient reader's viewpoint.. it don't necessarily have any romance unless you try to see it in that way..if you have alrdy read it then I would recommend you to try 'I was the final boss' ..idk if it's spoiler or smth.......so ig spoiler alert........The story is abt a boss from a tower(it's one if the hunters and towers stories) wanting to be a human and after he gets turned into one ..he has to survive.. I think it's pretty good and as far as I've read (it's ongoing and rn on a season end hiatus) it doesn't doesn't any romance..tho idk if it's isekai or not (i doubt it is ..but i never searched up the term so idk)...hopefully it's not and you like my recommendations (≧∀≦)

This is definitely new, it came out at the end of last year, and the plot and world-building, while a bit more slow, are promising and pretty interesting so far, it also features a FEMALE MAIN CHARACTER, there's NO ROMANCE (for now at least) OR WEIRD ASS SEXUALISATION, and the cherry on top is the fact it was written by a woman:
