no one is seeing that both of them are red flags? Both of them are intense toxic and abusing each other for their own benefit. I mean, I’m still reading this but lets not me naive to think one of them is better than the other lol

Yep... Their dynamic is: one is rude, the other gives in. They alternate like that, after screwing up. That's why it's not working; they're never in sync, and they keep hurting each other. The selfishness is clashing right now. Juhyeok has a trauma about feeling weak, which is why he has so little consideration for other people's feelings. And Suah is going too far, he's kind of delulu. He made up this whole things about the 'first time having sex being special', knowing that Juhyeok was forced into it. It's awkward to see how he expects to force love between them or for Juhyeok to feel the same way when they haven't actually talked about their relationship at all. As if Suah doesn't even accept the Juhyeok he has in front of him. Juhyeok wants to grow professionally, he doesn't need Suah's heart (yet). While Suah is wearing his heart on his sleeve, because for years his mood has been dictated by being attentive to Juhyeok or how he reacts to his approaches lol

Reread the story from the beginning

I just want to remind you that the only reason Juhyeok needs him is because Su-ah has been scenting him against his knowledge since childhood, systematically making him dependent. Juhyeok never promised a romance, he’s a victim of a biological imbalance that Su-ah intentionally exploited for years. And the other one is manipulative rapist. Yeah clearly the same level.

suah is way worse than juhyeok are we reading the same story

Juhyeok also has bad behaviors, take your sarcasm elsewhere xD If we're going by that logic, Suah didn't choose to be an alpha either; he suffered a lot because of it. He received rejection and mistreatment from Juhyeok after the birthday, when he hadn't actually done anything to him. Treating his childhood friend like that says a lot about how he thinks. And Juhyeok himself admits that it was rude to treat Suah like a sperm machine, when he really thought they were spending time together.

Trying to equate being rude or a social rejection with years of secret biological manipulation and a violent assault is a truly delusional take. Su-ah didn't 'choose' to be an Alpha, but he did choose to scent-trap a child without their knowledge for over a decade to force a dependency that didn't exist naturally. Being treated like a sperm machine is the direct consequence of Su-ah’s own actions, if you create a biological cage for someone, you don't get to act like a victim when they only interact with you to survive that cage. Juhyeok’s bad behavior is a reaction to being groomed and exploited, Su-ah’s bad behavior is a choice to ignore stop, it hurts, and literal tears to satisfy a fantasy he manufactured. If you can’t tell the difference between someone being a mean childhood friend and someone being a predatory rapist, your moral compass isn't just broken, it’s non-existent. Go ahead and keep your sarcasm, but I’ll keep my ability to distinguish a victim from a predator.

Juhyeok himself confirmed that if it weren't for the pheromones, he would be in danger because he was always around other alphas. He was almost raped for being stubborn and not wanting to depend on Suah and the suppressants. That's already been explained twice. Suah was protecting him with the pheromones; he was just looking out for Juhyeok, even though he couldn't even let him know if Juhyeok was avoiding him every time he tried to talk to him. Currently, it seems that Juhyeok trusts semen more than his own athletic abilities, which makes him quite hypocritical regarding the main message he wanted to convey about omegas. Juhyeok got himself into that situation, knowing that Suah loves him; he tricked him into using him. He's only looking out for his own interests, just like Suah, as the main comment stated <3

The mental gymnastics required to call secret biological manipulation protection is truly Olympic-level. If you have to spend a decade secretly scent-trapping a child without their consent to make them 'dependent' on you, you aren't a protector, you’re a jailer who convinced the prisoner the cage was for their own safety. Let's break down the hypocrisy logic:
    - Juhyeok's sins: being rude, being honest about a transaction, and trying to survive/compete in a rigged system.
    - Su-ah's sins: Years of grooming, biological sabotage, and ignoring literal tears, stop, and physical resistance to satisfy a manufactured fantasy.
Equating a victim’s selfishness (wanting to succeed) with a predator’s violation (ignoring consent) is morally bankrupt. Juhyeok isn't tricking anyone when he’s been 100% transparent about his needs, Su-ah is the one who tricked himself into thinking a groomed dependency was the same as love. One character is a victim trying to navigate a life that was sabotaged since childhood, and the other is a predator who thinks loving someone gives him the right to own them. If you think they’re the same, you’re not being less naive, you’re just unable to distinguish a cry for help from a crime <3

But I would've like a less complicated bloody story for this amazing and beautiful art.. cause this one will obviously end in anything but tragedy u3u❣
