Any BL recommendations for something like Semantic Error/Mr. Perfect/Dirtiest High/Perfect Buddy? Anything with a serious ML living his life by the book/focused on his carreer or studies/doesn't play around/etc meets Carefree love interest and gets his world rocked upside down.

Hey guys, if anyone recognizes what BL manhwa this is please help me find it. I only saw a couple scenes on social media and forgot to save it. It shows a child or teenager climbing down a window to run away from the house. He looked in bad shape, probably abused in there. He had dark hair maybe? Waiting outside was a guy on a motorcycle. Is it only me who finds it hard to like or sympathize with Lizzy's from Kuroshitsuji ? Too naive, too demanding, too spoiled. Always going on about wanting to make Ciel happy but it's always on her own terms and by doing what SHE wants to do. If things don't go her way she starts crying or somehow puts herself in trouble and ends up guilt-tripping Ciel into abiding by her wishes. Idk man, her character annoys me. I didn't pay much attention to her years ago since I was too focused on the plot but I'm rewatching it nowadays and she really gets on my nerve.. #－.－)
