Guys, WHAT IF.... this is an alternate universe where Isshin never woke up or worse Yamato got the news that Isshin just passed away.
Yamato being soo in love with Isshin just made up all this situations/ scene from the manga so he can cope with the news.
I had this thought when I read the festival night scene, Isshin just seemed ethereal lol. That would be soooo sad.
