oh hell no i’m dropping ts. i absolutely do not trust the author to handle this properly like what were they thinking??? this is definitely gonna be some fuckass white saviour bl. not to mention how insensitive it is to use this era as a backdrop for gay smut. its based off horrific and traumatic REAL events that black americans had to endure and still face racism towards to this day. i seriously doubt that the author has done extensive research on this, considering its a yaoi. it baffles me how some people are quick to defending this. like there are THOUSANDS of other great stories, but you defend this poorly executed yaoi slop. stop dick riding this author and educate yourselves.

apart from this being predictable and kinda boring, the art style is GORGEOUS. i like the symbolism of dennis being the ‘lamb’, where he lost his innocence due to temptation. i feel like a few more chapters would’ve made the story more fleshed out.
