no by definition juhyeok did assault suah. if one person no longer wants a sexual contact and the other continues its assault. so both leads are guilty. it doesnt matter why suah started crying as long as he no longer wanted to continue the action anything after that is considered assault. even if suah was crying because a bird died, when he no longer wanted to continue and juhyeok tried forcing it its assault. also suah didn't alter juhyeok. he blocked his reception of Alpha pheromones which caused him not to build up a tolerance to everyday pheromones. lets also not forget why suah did it, was it right? no was it done with good intentions? yes. he started blocking juhyeok when they young after juhyeok refused his mother's advice to step away from sport for a while to get use to his Omega nature. didn't it have an entire panel showing suah realizing juhyeok insisting on playing sport like that with Alphas was as dangerous. i think thats when he started doing it.
