Okay... I read this one Yaoi where this guy wakes up in his new neighbor's apartment. Turns out that his neighbor loves him and kisses him and all that. Turns out it was his step brother (even thought he thought when they were younger he was a girl...) anyways he ran away from home when he was younger and his step brother had been looking for him ever since, and they end up together. Idk if any of this sounds familiar or makes sense but that's all I remember please help.
