its really confusing not sure if its the translation problem but at the LAST chapter he said he only wants to take care of tou and they promise to give birth again to distribute the babies does that means tou was not the only child???? or that there were suppose to give tou away??? or what?
They were supposed to give Tou away, but they wanted to keep him because it was their first child. So they promised the doctor (forgot his name I'm really bad at names) to make more children to distribute.
