Honestly, I liked it. I think it works. The suddenness of Jaekyung's personality makes sense to me. The trauma and abuse he experienced, that trauma leading him to become an abuser, then the realization he doesn't have to be that way. He realized he's not alone anymore, that he has someone who loves him, people who care about him. He doesn't have to be angry anymore. And that's realistic. Not all, but some people can make that sudden shift from hurt to healing. Idk this has felt like the direction the story was leading towards for a while for me. I can understand how others are feeling down about it. But I enjoyed it. I'll like it even more if author comes back with side stories that show some more insight into things.
