It's unfortunately not this! The pearl was from an old dude shaman, not the main protags' grandma (atleast from what I remember from dreaming of he dokkaebi), and he got kidnapped by the goblin people when he broke it. It released some pink ass smoke and yea... Goblins tried to r him but this head honcho hot ass masked goblin guy stepped in and got him. Well, he's the guy that r'd him(?) and there's a "scent" on the main guy that attracts the goblins toward him.
