How I wish my country (PH) would actually lower the age by at least 5 years. Crime rates is getting higher day by day, and those people in the government still claims that our country is in safest time.
For fxxx sakes a 12 years old and an 8 years old killed a 3 years old baby girl and they even grape her just because they are drunk, yeah you read that right they're dringking alcohol at that age. Then another news came out right after it that a 14 years old killed a mother and her 4 years old son because the husband keeps on teasing the kid.
Before this there where also news about a 5 years old kid who went missing then later found on a garbage area still alive but his belly was slice open and his guts were out, even his neck got sliced and his head was bleeding. The kid fought for a month but still didn't make it. Though the criminal is not a minor but a drug addict.
What a shitty government we have.
