When FL bring in witness they all calmed Bitch was preggers but how far along she was preggers varied from person to person. The magic isn't perfect and doesn't last forever. The magic item is a necklace she wears and when magic is used a certain scent or aura lingers on a person. FL brings in a magician that proves said aura is on Bitch.
Alot more stuff happened after exposing the Bitch which is p satisfying.
