As long as they say no- it is rape. Yeah there's always more violent rapes, but it's not really fair to say that any form of rape is nothing. But, I am merely talking about the idea of rape. I mean I don't have a problem with fictional rape. But some do and for that reason this is considered rape, so it should get the tag so the people who aren't okay with it don't have to see it. Not to mention, once it gets the tag it'll make it easier to say if you don't like rape in your manga, don't read them because they are clearly tagged. :p
