It's probably one of those annoying ads. mangago also has it when you intially enter a page and try to click some thing. Just X out of it and dont click anything within that fake virus/ad window.

Crap I just saw that your in japan. I am not sure what the laws are there for some sites. I know some countries have certain bans and you need a proxy to enter it.
oooooooh damn, then Japan probably banned that site. Well the site has a lot of yaoi manga, mostly dounjishi. Although among them there are a few shota (ewww....>^<) mangas so maybe thats why the site is banned. And btw that message about you doing something illegal will be there regardless of which computer you use. Since its the IP adress they track and not the computer per se.
Lots of ads, yes, just ignore it (they say your pc/phone was infected by virus and you need to install their app blabla). But the something illegal case, I don't know about that. Probably it depends on the country (well my country banned that site because of porn reason).
