Well this is a romance manga ofc he wont be one anymore the Problem is that he was a playboy his whole life but Nina never had experience before. Its typical that they make the girl a Virgin but the boy a playboy. Im tired of this bs

The political marriage was against Sett's will because it was arranged by the Queen. So whoever was sent to him was never his choice.

As for sleeping with his potential fiances, it doesn't seem to be a requirement. When Nina first arrived, she was never ordered or expected to sleep with him. In fact, he completely ignored her, and so did the palace staff. It was only after Nina approached and provoked him that Sett assumed she wanted to sleep with him.

As for the other women he slept with, it's unknown how they ended up sleeping with him, but he was simply toying with them. In both the anime and the manga, he tells them to entertain him, and when they attempt to attack or assassinate him, he kills them.

Also all the women sent to him were political hostages. If any of them turned against him, their countries would be conquered.

He move all strings (I think also told her family and they almost took all her money and assault her) and manipulated the FMC to participate in the tournament just to get amused and if she won would be better for him cause didn't like the princess obsession she had for him, as FMC show talent and win he fake beeing lovers just to keep bothering the princess but during the process he did catch feelings

He also made her use jewelry and the newspaper to fuel the hate and obsession of the princess thus making her hate the FML more and putting her in danger (the kidnapping, media shame, get almost drugged during competition and even the injury in her ankle) basically for his amusement made the princess sabotage FML in all aspects
