yes but it will take a long long long long time to happen the novel to slow burn to a whole other level idk if its gonna be different in the manhwa tho .it goes in this order mutually "despise" each other - one sided(after something) - (another something happens) denial - mutual love
but wanting to read it just depends on you preferences some hate it and some love it but if this helps it has a 3.4/5 on novelupdates .

ima try to answer these the best i can
1. black haired ml falls in love first but was in denial for a while untill the mc tries to use a love potion to make it seem like they slept together but it actual worked and the ml high key became posessive and the mc also started to grow feeling but fell into denial. Then ml erased his memories to protect the mc (for what reason you'll have to find out).
BIG BIG SPOILER the ml regained memories of his past life (he has like 100+ past lives) and in each one he tries desperately to get the mc but ultimately ends up killing him to end his (the mc's) suffering wile erasing his memories of thoes final loops so he can live in ignorant bliss. and yes they do stay in love until the end once they fall in love but thir will be a lot and i mean a lot of angst (what did you expect from a 100+ lifetimes of yearning) mainly caused by the "og" fl .
2. i don't really know but i think it kinda starts around 85+
the manhwa adapted pretty well (except for some scenes i was anticipating but just left me disapointed like the cliff scene) but so far i think the novel beats the manhwa by a long shot.
and i'm really sry that this is so messy and confusing(eng is not really my first language)but if you would like for me to elaborate on anything just ask.

For me personally....i can understand her, like ik I would've done the same in her position, but yeah... can't bring myself to exactly love her.
But dayum, one thing for certain is that every single character of the novel is so deep and somehow, you can understand where they are coming from even though the hatred remains.

i said you'd despise her but that isn't fully true this author rights his characters in a morally grey way. So i can't really call her evil without questioning everyone around her if want proper spoilers into what she's done and why she did it just ask or read the novel trust it's really good.

ok so the og fl is actually a transmigrator from Korea. In the original time line she just wanted to live a peaceful life so she moved to the country side but for some reason after the story end she is also killed and forced to regress.
i think she's regressed about 1000+ ish as she desperately tried to go back to her original world but as you can tell ether kept dying or khs to end that timeline. once she figures out she can never leave she kinda losses her marbles(i think i don't remember this part particularly well) and starts killing multiple character in a one by one order(i think).
plus whenever she tells someone 'this world is a story/not real' they fall into the loop. Which is also why the mc and ml have memories of their pat lives and i think she's killed the mc once or twice which made the ml fall into depression and commit suicide multiple times.
this is just what i remember from the novel theres probably a lot more stuff i can cover but just can't remember (〜￣△￣)〜
