Kim went to see the doctor because the doctor checked out Nakyum's injuries when he was unconscious. The doctor wanted to say something, probably to point out an injury that was dealt to Nakyum which makes no sense to him, but didn't end up commenting because maybe he thought it wasn't that big of a deal. Kim however could associate this injury with kidnapping since he has been on Nakyum's side (protected him in front of the lord by saying that he believes that he didn't run away) and knows that he wouldn't leave just like that. He left in a hurry and didn't say anything to the servants because he was deeply in thought about the whole situation since it's kind of sus.
Mr. Kim will be the person (maybe along with the doctor) who will connect the injury with the kidnapping and both of them will make sure Seungho knows about it.

That would make sense ....he made the hand hold his hand bc he was scared...and he made the hands "touch him" like how he wanted to be touched he even said I wish he would touch me like the hands .....how did I not notice this till now

Since I think he is probably subconsciously controlling them maybe he was scared/stressed so he killed accidentally like how he choked himself to relieve stress maybe he did that but on someone else on accident idk cant wait for the next chapter tho
bc now we'll have the side story and the side couple development while SH and NK, the main couple, will be pushed away for the sake of "milking" the popularity of the manhwa. Kinda sad since I'm hooked and I literally can't wait to see what kind of ending will be in store for our problematic main couple ahhh

Still no hate to the author, she's doing one hell of a job and the side story is quite a treat (except Jihwa and that nameless assassin since, honestly, I never gave a damn about them)
I've been following this for a while (since like chapter 5) and when I tell you I am annoyed af, it's a damn understatement. The only thing this manhwa has is art which is gorgeous but the story is kinda getting ridiculous. Thank you Mingwa for the fight part bc that was the most entertainment I ever got from this. Idek who to support atp when both of them are actively getting on my nerves lmfao. This couple is in trash tier and not moving up any time soon. I would love to see Dan grow a backbone but seeing how he's still whining bc he got poor famous and well respected champion of MMA (the love of his life bc they slept a lot of times together LMFAO) angry more so than being angry at the fact that he got the blame for literally NOTHING is pure bs. ESPECIALLY concerning he worked his ass off for a gift this mf threw back in his face. Even then, it's kinda his fault bc he got his hopes up that JK could come to appreciate the effort but still... can't fault him too much for it bc JK just takes the cake. His behavior is just so (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
Dan definitely should've had an inner monologue abt JK being an irredeemable bastard who doesn't appreciate human decency by now and quit the job but nope. Don't even get me started on the club and especially Potato for not speaking up and allowing JK to continuously be an abuser to a totally innocent man. Like i get that he's a champion but damn his behavior is just wild, how tf can they tolerate him for so long? Kinda too unrealistic, even by poor bl logic.
I'm guessing JK used to be bullied to the point of becoming a bully (a worse one) and that his sad backstory would soon make an appearance. This may be a reason why he treats Dan like trash; bc he sees a younger version of him and projects on him. I'm thinking of quitting this tho since I'm getting bored but the fight was interesting. Kinda in a like/hate relationship with this bc I followed it for a long time now so I may just reluctantly stick around to see the reasoning behind all the bs although I do think it would be a weak one.
