Setting a timer really helps me! Like 30 minutes for your school work, 20 minutes for BL (or change it however you like lmao)
Don't always think so negative! I am kinda same rn too, my finals are coming and I can't seem to finish the syllabus. The best thing you can do is set a time table and turn off the phone when you have to study~ let it charge so u can read before sleeping~

Uhhhh so i just read this comment and imma give you some suggestions I follow when im too deep down the no productivity only bl black hole:
Switch off your phone. Might sound extreme but sometimes when i think i screwed up and wasted away my day reading bl,i even delete my account. That keeps me motivated to do something. Or et the battery drain and hide the charger.
You're in control of yourself so imagine yourself doing well and just do it
Make tiny schedule AND STICK TO IT then eat something nice when u accomolish it
You may tell yourself stuff like this mangakas are successful and fictional characters are well,fiction- i cant stay jammed on unimportant stuff
Or last,
Set a reminder, work for 20 mins- have a30 mins rest and get up when the alarm rings..that way you'll do something
