Anybody just readding their books back to the reading list so they can get the update notification? Does this mess up my lists if the system restores them?
I'm gradually adding it back because for me almost nothing was restored, so I kind of lost hope and started building my lists back (also to have notification and not lose updates). Idk if it would mess things up

No I don’t think so. This is like a “hey babe, would you still love me if I was a worm?” As long as they’re aware of who they are, they’ll love them all the same. I wouldn’t count that as cheating. Unless you mean like mc getting isekaid to a person who’s in a relationship w ml, thennn yeah the ml is unknowingly cheating on their partner.
