I really hope you don’t skip out on your meals; it is times when your mental state doesn’t allow for hunger that we need to take extra care of ourselves not to forget our body’s needs. It sounds useless yes , but it’s the smallest things like eating food on time that make all the difference .. Mental breakdowns are a part of life , the same as happiness but when they you’re overwhelmed by them , just share the whole process with someone to lessen the burden I know you’ll breakthrough !!
