Ive been rereading again amd again and its just so peak, Its so unhinged that its so fucking funny at the same time, with all these humor, there's also a hidden plot in plain sight. I thought its just smut and smut(I mean ig its not wrong) But its actually good af. The ML is soo green flag which is pretty shocking cuz he's a fucking menace in the real comic version, but their backstory reveals it all that He's precious af(as well as the other characters of course).. Yep! Quentin is Patient Zero for that (sureeely crazy) treatment project and Lil A happened to undergo the same thing.

It was in the last chapter of season 1 if I remember right, where little A was gonna get banished from the farm and Q(pig hybrid) killed the npc(the man in suit taking all the samples from the farm)
It's not been explicitly stated, but more like a deduction I got from whenever he got excited (the eye thing), him being a patient for the treatment, how everyone at the farm thinks Q is a weirdo and how he turns out to be the "model" of the treatment Little A had. The final chapter of S1 like Izanagi said kinda confirms my deduction though !
