Jaekyung's redemption arc was so ass and forced and fast. He didn't suffer enough. Out of all the terrible things he did, kim dan still forgot all that disrespect. In my opinion kim dan was better off with some other guy. Jaekyung should've regretted his decesion for his whole life.

But as much I remember, I read an extra once where's the doc stays single for life and finally reunites with Zhisu in afterlife where Zhisu was waiting for him in a garden full of flowers. That chapter was fuckin emotional. I cried like a baby

Re-read it for the 3rd time and still this doesn't fail to make me feel the most gut wrenching pain. Hy heart aches, my nose is runny, my eyes are puffy. When I think about Zhisu, tears automatically come running down my cheeks. Yet I took upon the job of rereading this one just to remind myself that He Zhisu was such an angel and a sweetheart, he deserves the world.
