from what i’ve seen i think taehwan kinda enjoy the sense of superiority when yeonwu obeys him. i don’t like how he took advantage of that. he KNEW yeonwu likes him and he’s swaying him along without even confronting abt his feelings n all. i mean he’s a jerk but he’s hot gawd damn. at this point i might even think yeonwu just wants to taehwan to fuck him. can’t blame him for that.
Yeonwu likes what he does because he's crazily infatuated with the guy. Nonetheless, taehwan is manipulative and likes to take advantage of Yeonwu's feelings. Maybe we can't see what's wrong sometimes because we've been reading lots of manhwas that are fundamentally toxic, but still we should do a reality check sometimes HAHA
For the record. Taewhan doesn’t know that Yeonwu likes him. He asked straightforwardly and Yeonwu said no. He’s learning a lot about Yeonwu and his sex life. So he just thinks he’s a pervert and you know, Taewhan seems to be a pervert himself. So it works out. I actually don’t hate Taewhan. I don’t think he’s purposefully trying to hurt Yeonwu. Yeonwu is just so swept up in his love for Taewhan that he likes what’s happening between them. Taewhan has such a high wall built around him to protect himself, that I think it’s made him dense a little bit. I also don’t think he’s an asshole. Sure he has a big ego, but he’s not an ass like some of the other characters. We’ve seen Taewhan’s wall come down with Taehee and even a little bit with Dojin. He and Yeonwu just had such a bad falling out that he doesn’t trust Yeonwu, but still wants the comfort he had in high school. I love this story and I think Dolsha has outdone herself this season. Her characters are all so well written and it’s all so realistic. It’s great.

I agree. I think up until this point Taewhan has still been somewhat unconsciously punishing Yeonwu for what happened in highschool. I dont necessarily think he's aware of that. But over the past few weeks hes started to miss there past relationship, especially since he sees Yeonwu getting close with Alex, talking/ laughing like they used to. He doesn't trust easy and it's taken him a long time to get over the betrayal. Also Taewhan is still suffering some ptsd and is reactive with that. I think once he reveals his past trauma to Yeonwu we are going to see these two heal together. He just has to let himself be vulnerable again.

Exactly. We know he loved being around Yeonwu in high school and he craves that connection again. So much so he sought out Yeonwu after running into Mike. Yeonwu also regrets what he did in high school and is willing to take any punishment for it. Yeonwu is living in the past while Taewhan is protecting himself with his walls that he built. I’m excited for them to get in the same page.
