Yeah I'm a veteran too and one of my comments got over 70 dislikes because I've dared to say Haesoo loved Joowon.

It’s was so complicated to defend joowon and heasoo relationship where most of the people here hate them together, and Stan taku.

They can ship them nothing wrong with that it isn’t a relationship that can blossom but it was cute. I just think mafuyu shouldn’t even be in a relationship until his wounds are healed. Because I already know it’s already going to cause problems by the look of how the story is going. But yes people need to stop with this toxic ship wars like they make yuki and une look so bad and there not bad characters.

Yuki and uenoyama are both amazing, no need to hate another because of your ship, for mafuyu im agree, I thought that he was « ready » after strawberry swings but now I’m not sure, I think he need to fix what he thing of Yuki and is feeling for him and everything ?If I remember well, even if Yuki is sometimes in the story, it’s always hiiragi or shizu POV, since Mafuyu song ? Maybe I’m wrong but mafuyu need to talk about Yuki he has to express himself, and after that I hope he would be finally able to be with Ue.

I think they should take a little break because I feel like there are gonna be problems with Une and mafuyu relationship. I just think he isn’t ready not just yet. Which I think can slow down there relationship I’m not saying slow relationships are bad but it’s going like slow slow slow slow slow But it is realistic but I do feel like there’s gonna be problems because of this idk I think it’s just me like if I started dating someone who’s ex died I would give them time and space even comfort until there ready and there wounds are healed. You are to 100 % right.
There are still so many people who think that yuki killed himself just to prove that he would do anything for mafuyu.He was always depressed and Mafuyu was the only thing that kept him going.
Liking Yukis and Mafuyus relationship does not mean that people don't want mafuyu to move on or anything. Its just means that they like their relationship dynamic more and there is nothing wrong with it same with Ue and Mafuyu.
I also was kinda sad that Mafuyu did find someone new real quick especially because it would also affect his relationship with Ue but I think Mafuyu is a person that needs to be loved and that he would not overcome his trauma without someone else.
It's sad that people are not allowed to have their own ships and favourite persons without getting hated. it does not affect anyone if people ship akihiko with ugetsu as long as they do it respectfully . Just let people be and live your life

I also think they are going to take a break, specially after chapter 40, but it’s not a bad thing, for me, yes they’re relationship is VERY slow it’s been almost 1 years with the time skip maybe ? sorry for answering so late but i just saw your comment. His mother talked about it in chapter 32.9 pg 15-17 and also when Ue talked about Yukis song in chapter 32 that his songs always had some kind of loneliness.
