Wow off the top of my head, the only yaoi that I read purely for the story are Junjou Romatica and Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai.
But I recommend you check out 1) Sakura Gari and 2) Itou-San if you haven’t read them. My only warning is that they’re both rather... intense
i dont know how many times i have written this title but u should watch "let dai"(shounen ai/beautiful art/amazing story/mature themed/psychological/realistic) dont get discouraged by the tragedy tag, its indeed a little depressing but i consider the ending good.

Sorry, this one doesn't really have sex since it's a shounen-ai but shounen-ai and yaoi are quite similar (both are literally just BL). Plus it has a good story and it's long. It's called Silver Diamond.
Ten Count is a good yaoi manga, the main character has mysophobia due to a childhood trauma and the love interest helps him get through it and they do ‘things’ in the process. That was a crappy shortass summary but still, you should try it out I think it’s really good
