i just read inheritance of aroma before this by the same author and when i tell you its good (go read it NOW) i expected a lot from this.
I didn't like how takeo just randomly jumps from one person to another cause i honestly felt Michel was the most genuine person present in the story idk why he ditched him for lune, but ig i understand bc lune has the same dedication for the circus life. The twist well, i didn't expect that, he was somehow fucked up in the beginning but to the point where he gaslighted himself he was the one who died and actually forgot he was michel is WILD. I didn't understand half of it, or should i say what it really wanted to portray but overall such good story, i cant even imagine how Nakamuracs brain works for writing things like these more alone the art itself is captivating.
We also shouldn't forget about leo tho even though he didn't appear much he was one of the people why Takeo has been able to bounce back. I highly reccomend, when I'm capable enough im gonna write a thorough discussion abt this lol as well as the aforementioned story.
I'm GLAD I PICKED IT UP AGAIN ohmygod it wasn't really interesting in the first episodes but i was HOOKED. i love it so much i love how eunsung gradually became soft & clingy throughout the story and his chibis are so CUTE even tho they weren't verbal about how they felt abt e/o it was clearly portrayed how in love they are, i wanted it to have some depth though and oh Eunsung's expression no one fw that just as much as i do and chap. 44 is just *chef's kiss I LOVE IT I CANT BELIEVE IT'S OVER (what's more they're a perfect match an intj & an enfp im crying)
