i think discussions like these are productive and one of the main reasons why stories like these are even told in the first place. however, what i was complaining about here was some bitch saying everyone who read and consumed stories similar to this one are inherently evil people and that they don't care about victims of abuse. (when in some cases, the people reading these stories are victims themselves, therefore erasing the fact that this is how some people cope with their trauma)
whole point was about standard fandom etiquette: dont like, dont read. just because some people may not like dead dove doesnt mean its going to stop existing, so for their sake its just better to ignore than to come here and start accusing everyone of being a bad person.
