So the guy is an ordinary but powerful business man. He is good though he angers this client or business partner (who is bad). He then finds himself knocked out and taken to some lab. He is a prisoner then he is experimented on and he gets these powers. Theres a chip on the back of his neck that controls him. But like most business men, he is smart. He does get controlled by them but in time learns to take the chip out then kills everyone in the labs and escapes along with other private who have supernatural abilities.
