the earlier u tell them, the easier it will be. it won't get easier but like---the burden will be less IYKWIM. If you're from a brown family or if your fam is superrr strict, they will understand...i mean it's your family right. best of luck.

I'm not an expert in any way but i think it's best to take your time to sort out your feelings and emotions, your reasons and the situation you're in, and you'd have to tell them eventually so there is no point in dreading too much, i am sure your family will understand even if it takes time! So don't be too stressed out about it! I hope everything goes well for you :-)

I would advise you to tell them but I know it isn't easy so I can you should calm down first rest for a few days and talk to someone then have some time with them then tell them hope it goes well for you

Umm I don't know if this it helpful but when iam stressed out or depressed i take a shower eat something and write everything some where and cry it out

I am a consistent honor student that is why they are strict when it comes to about my schooling. I applied to many colleges and luckily i passed it all but i kept rejecting to enroll because I'm waiting for the exam result of my dream school. Little did i know the due dates of enrollment of other universities were done and in the end I didn't pass for my dream school.

I'm so full of regrets. I'm crying every night thinking how naive I am. I'm reviewing now for the next year's college entrance exam but I'm sure I can't keep up all my lies.

one time when I needed to confess something and I really couldn’t bring myself to start the conversation like words got stuck to my throat, what I did was to write down everything I needed to get out of my chest and gave it for them to read. I was able to do it this way personally.

Or you might just write to get all your worries and points together and rehearse about what you are going to say too.

of course everything differs from person to person and family to family, so maybe you’ll find this useless. but for me writing was way easier than saying it, I wouldn’t be able to break down in the middle or forget something I needed to say from the nervousness.
