I think what Little A did back then made the farm animals become human not because humans mutated or it can turn both humans and animals become mutated because I think that the dog who was with him became fluffy now and Uncle now having ears. And the reason why he's going to therapy and his parents becoming protective was because he might turn into one??? And and idk but it might be one of the farm people who sent the letter to Little A posing as his Uncle, because I doubt it's the Inspector or G. Seeing as G doesn't want him there and the Inspector doesn't seem to care.
this makes the most sense out of any theory ive seen so far. we are defo missing something about what was actually in the box, but agree that it probo somehow led to a way to the mutations
