Use novelupdates and filter on yaoi. That's the biggest list you will find. If you want a simple site with only a few novels, you can try Chrystanthemum garden, I think they're currently one of the biggest.
I mean NovelUpdates ( https://www.novelupdates.com/) doesn't do just yaoi novels but they do have a wide selection. They're all in English as well!
