Finally... I've been following Kimi Ni Todoke for around a decade... It's finally over, and it's the only Shoujo manga I've kept up to date with for these years. What a great end but I still wish AyaPin was a couple! But it's nice to finally have closure on their relationship after shipping them for a decade :)
The last few chapters make it seem like the friends will never see each other again with all of the, I'll never forget you! and Thank you for being my friend! which I thought was a little strange, but it still ended on a lighthearted note.
While Kurumi was never my favourite, but I'm glad they finally got her to apologize and recognize her friendship between herself and Sawako. Overall, the best payoff if you ask me.

I think it would be cool if Zoro defeats Kaido (since Oda doesn't like to kill, and a change from Luffy) with Shuusui - Ryuma's sword, like the way Ryuma kills a dragon in Monsters (Wanted!)
It would be a great parallel and call back to Oda's older work since Zoro inherited the sword from Ryuma anyways in Thriller Bark
