If you want to see/read (if you understand japanese) the newest chapter as soon as it comes out you'll have to buy the ihr herzt magazines when they come out (and saezuru is listed in them). Amazon and Amazon.jp sells them and i'd recommed preordering since it'll be a lot cheaper and easier to get one that way.
