I found the mom annoying tbh but then like shes starting to get better and I'm starting to like her a bit but don't get me wrong I'm pretty sure her acting like that is for the comedy genre of this manga but still i just found it annoying but he getting better so yuh
you know I actually like this one not really focused on love or anything, oh btw there's no harem in this but I only have one complaint like he doesn't really focus on cultivation and every time he's in trouble he used his emperor's essence or blood and he's relying on it too much that's my only complaint really but asides from everything else like the art is average which is good already the story is interesting but I don't think it is portrayed as well as it does in the novel but that's normal considering this is a manhua but still very good for a manhua the pacing is ok its not very rushed and yeah everything else is decent or good only complaint is what i mentioned from the start of this comment
im not gon lie im really looking forward to the time xie yan (mc) meets everybody and suddenly he's an innate realm master but that's the least of what I'm looking forward to what I'm looking forward to is when xie yan and daoyun meet again i wanna know how it will unfold
what I'm expecting is they cross paths and xie daoyun will feel the xie yan is similar to when he was in disguise as shenxiu buuuut xie yan wont be showing like the normal typical reaction he gon be completely relaxed and denyit and try to avoid but then daoyun will find out anyway :))
