I love the gorgeous art and the very clean and organized thought and speech bubbles. Spoilers below!



However, the storyline is just not it. It started out well with suspense and discovering why Inseob (Peter) wanted revenge, but everything went downhill after the story became a hostage situation. Blackmail, rape, abuse. There’s nothing that can truly redeem the ML. I read the novel as well and it just kept getting worse. You hope that Inseob grows as a character, but he stagnates and in my opinion is worse off. He develops something similar to Stockholm Syndrome, and we witness nothing but selfish, disturbing and abusive actions from the ML. It’s really disappointing.
