I think it’s about Jaxxx new work “Song of the wasteland”. So it sets after a war, maybe those people are prisoners of war but kept in a ranch as slave/labourers. Gerald the MC, however free them the moment he saw them. He said “You are all free people who can’t be bought or sold with this ranch. Starting today, you can leave whenever you’d like”.
Everyone left the ranch except for one, which I guess is the ML and a cowboy.

You can do workouts at home. On YouTube I recommend those full body workout videos. Dieting is most of the weight loss though so just make sure to stick with whatever diet you want to do!!
I am a cheerleader and personally doing yoga was really motivating for me. After losing weight and becoming stronger and more flexible it was really rewarding to do be able to do cool things with my body

Try cutting sugar or limiting it from your diet, drink lots of water and get at least 8hrs of sleep, always aim for more sleep. Hit the gym too, stairmaster is my favorite

sorry to tell you but 20 kg in a month is basically impossible. i lost 9kg in a month and even that was quite fast... there is no way to lose weight except for a calorie deficit. drink lots of water, eat fiber and protein to feel full and do at-home workouts

Idk the ending was ass imo but i was expecting it. It’s a trend these days to leave the ending unexplained or let the audience interpret it however they want. I was kinda hoping for a thorough explanation but oh well..
