I think that this manhwa shows diffrent sides of people that we usually don't notice or we just pretend we don't see it. We all know that manipulation is not a good thing, but it is not bad either - we use it sometimes and we might even do not notice
Jung is not a bad character, he just thinks differently becuase he was raised in household that wasn't lovable and he probably couldn't distinguish what is good or not (〜￣△￣)〜
