What’s a body insecurity/insecurities that you have?? Did you ever accept it?

I'd say my face, especially my nose, I also have a lot of scars and discoloration, I'm trying my best to take care of it but just when I think it's getting better, it starts to worsen again, it's really frustrating to be honest and I don't think it's gonna get better any time soon, and it's physically painful sometimes...
