I think he was feeling pressured to play the role he usually does, and she doesnt seem to like mc. she might be mean and do something to hurt mc or spread rumours etc. i think that was his fear. she didn't seem to leave ml be very much either, interrupting the guys chatting too. Just sucks tho that he didn't, or felt he couldnt turn her down and went to mc’s after.

1. first hint was the way the friend looked disappointed at the seme and the girl when they walked away together and said in his mind "I thought you liked someone" kinda insinuating that the seme left with that girl to sleep with her even though the seme likes someone else. friend had a confused annoyed expression for the seme.
2. The second hint was the seme went back to the mc's house very late at NIGHT and found the uke asleep and then crawled into bed.

In that TL, the little brother didn't think his older brother loved him at all and he even cut off contact after he was old enough. He seems to understand his older brother a little now and seems like he aims to communicate well with his brother despite their issues so I hope the older brother gets the mental help he needs. And repent his behaviour.
