Aiden being the ml is weird to me huhu okay first and foremost Aiden was literally abused so badly here I just don't like abuser x abused their power dynamic is so unbalanced
"Oh but Aiden'll be a magician so they'll be in equal footing now!" Still a weird relationship. Aiden is nice!! But Aiden developed his powers as a result of a head wound (read: blunt force trauma) caused by the FL :(
I get the "soft ml x serious fl" its just- ughh I wish there were other characters to ship the FL with but there's none so Lucas it is,, anyway if the roles were reversed I'd still not like their dynamic. They moved passed the abuse Aiden endured and they didn't even fleshed out what to do with it instead they just made it some sort of origin story for his powers. Ugghhhhhhhhh I hate manwhas and how they deal with the topics of abuse so muchhh goddd
