the only plotwist that would keep me going is if the ml isn't even in love with her and was only interested in her for her knowledge but that's impossible . Also why is she hesitating ,she could save more lives like she always wanted AND have her dream husband .
My guess it that she will keep hiding then the cultist will create a perfect replica of the mate/ will steal fl mark.
Fl will suddenly have a come to Jesus momeand realize she loves ml but is not able to prove to be real..but somehow proves herself at the last second and the Fake becomes a demon or whatever
