When did the guys find out about Crim having both bits? I thought that was being kept a secret?

There seems to be some confusion about the mangaka, so I'd like to clear it up.
Nekokurage is on probation. Her sentence has been suspended on the condition that she not commit any tax evasion in the next 3 years.
The verdict will not inhibit her from working on the manga. Currently, she just has to pay a fine and remain vigilant.
