The extra? I think after sex, not shown in the nurse's office, Nana was walking with Rio, maybe to take him home. Rio finally catches on that Nana likes him. He asks if he knew that Rio was an omega, and he said no. Rio became emotional, possibly happy tears, possibly sad tears over his new subgender, and starts crying. Nana holds him. (In my head from this point on) and they lived happily ever after. Nana started an IT company and Rio became a web designer. They have 3 kids, 2 dogs, a cat, and a turtle.
