I don’t think teach is being smart what’s going to happen to the towns people after guwon dies I think he’s blinded by the fact he thinks guwon killed his dad and he knows guwon killed the doctor but the towns people are not going to want to do the work the hounds do and without rules the people are going to act selfishly and in the apocalyptic world you have to have strict rules that might seem unfair but it keeps things fair for everyone
