It has been a long time since I read this manga... I don´t even remember if it was on this site... but I would apreciate if anyone could help me, scince I forgot it´s name.
The story goes in a country with different kingdoms, that maintain their political ties through marriage. When the familys can not provide a male×female couple, for example, there are two males, one will be chosen to be the 'woman' and another the 'man', of the relationship. The story goes about a couple of two males, has a lot of beautiful scenarios and I remember that one of than (the one that would be the woman) received a bird as a gift from the other, when their were still to meet and the one who would be the man got a portrait of his future 'wife'.

It's been a long time since I read this two storys, so I don't remember their names and can give only a few details; but, if you know even one of the names and could be so kind to tell me, I will be realy greatful.
HERE GOES THE DETAILS I REMEMBER:
1) The story goes in a cauntry with diferent kingdons, that mentain their politcal ties through mariege. 2) There is a boy that lives with his uncle (if I remember correctly) and has a realy fragile health, so he is usualy in bed and with a fever. Close to their residence there is a passage trhough the forest, that keads to a beautifull and peacefull place, where the boy meets a man that turns out his friend and, eventualy, lover. In that forest, the boys health is improved and he finds out that the mysteries sorounding his parents deaths are conected to that (if I'm not mistaken, his father camefrom that side of the forest, stayed in their place with his mom, and his health didn't hold enought, so he ended up dying).
