The author for this webcomic can be found on Taiwanese webtoon, which is in the language change in settings. Though Taiwanese webtoon barely has any censorship at all which is fucking hilarious
Forgot to mention it's free, and Taiwanese authors/artists barely get recognition so please like their chapters if you enjoy their content

No, nobody has tried to use the fan translation feature on webtoon to my knowledge. And due to the nature of Taiwanese media, I really doubt there would be an English translation officially unless the author made it themselves.
