They lied to him he didn't fi it with any dog. But the trauma stays with him until at the end of the novel grayson told josh the truth. Grayson was worried abt chase he just have a twisted way to show his love to him. I Still doesn't like him tho
chase never did it w a dog!!! it comes from the first time chase and josh fucked. When chase woke up, josh has left, so he didnt remember who was with him, and grayson "joked" saying he might have done it with a dog since there was no actual person in the room. That made chase develop a trauma with dogs
God I want to fucking punch him until he bleeds. I wish he does the entire chasing arc throughout the entire novel with his and Dane’s story

The whole 3 different timelines is a bit confusing but here’s my theory ~ I think the tragic omegaverse timeline is their OG timeline and when they both died they were reborn in the non-omegaverse but only Iheon kept his memories, then when MC entered into the “story” it’s their third life together, but MC thinks he was migrated into the story while Iheon has kept his memories from all the previous timelines.
