Both of the manga are indeed continuing. Sensei is busy with a lot of things and VF will be updated around April.
It's been taking so long because she's busy with the release (and redraws) of volume no.8. Also, Viewfinder is celebrating 15 years of serialization so she's been putting together a celebratory extra than will be released at the end of February. Followed by the regular storyline chapter at the end of April. I don't know what's going on with Crimson Spell's updating schedule, but it's still ongoing.
