This has been all over my tl so I decided to pick it up, but honestly what the hell is this? They both suck. The art and the idea of childhood friends is really cute, kinda reminds me dekoboku sugar days… except suha and jeonhyuk are both unlikable.
Did this chapter feel really short, or is that just me? I’m also just confused because this angst seems wild and out of character. I actually don’t mind the new angst and resurgence of this series (it’s always been my favorite BL) but what do you mean Haebom’s been gone for 6 months without a word and is suddenly acting like this? I’m sure he got blackmailed or threatened by grandpa, but this still seems out of character for him. Tbh I would’ve rather him been kidnapped or something, not randomly working another bakery after ghosting everyone. That just seems weird and kinda off putting to me. Also him finally finding Haebom seemed so anticlimactic and fast. I don’t want to go so far as to call this sloppy, but it just doesn’t seem as thought out as their previous storylines. Idk I guess I’ll wait and see.
I’ve been trying so hard to find this BL manga I read a few years ago. One character was this really short dude who wore the flashiest printed shirts, like leopard print button ups, but he walked around with confidence. The other guy might’ve been a police officer? But I think he was just a basic tall and nice guy. It was a cute silly manga, their dynamic was charming! Does anyone have an ideas?

I mean, as everyone is saying Jungwon just keeps getting more unlikeable. And every time I think we’re getting some kind of plot, boom the end of the chapter just leads back to sex. Using sex as a weight loss exercise after we just sat through 3 chapters of weird hate fucking? So basically we’re going to have more chapters of just marathon sex. Like why? Even Hyesung is getting hard to like because of his constant poor decisions or inability to say shit to Jungwon. Idk, it seemed like there were times where we could get a good story moment, but it just keeps circling back to “oh no my boyfriend is fat but the sex is hot.”
AND ALSO, I would have no problem believing that Hyesung has a bit of chub to him because I know a lot athletes have fat over their muscles causing them to look “fluffier.” BUT THE AUTHOR DRAWS HYESUNG HELLA RIPPED?? Like how can you give him a six pack in one panel and then call him fat the next?
I wanted to like this… and I’m really not that hard to please when it comes to corny bl… but oof this one is getting hard to continue (wow what a rant, I must be feeling spicy about this)
